RYAN WOOLF

Vice President of Operations

Ryan Woolf serves as the Vice President of Operations for 5th Principle LLC.  He is an operations and process improvement professional who is passionate about helping others succeed through exceptional leadership. He has consistently delivered superior results and exceeded organizational expectations as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army and as a manager and leader in organizations ranging from small businesses to a Fortune 50 company.

Ryan graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Systems Engineering. He also holds an MBA from Butler University with an emphasis on Finance. 

Ryan was Commissioned in the Army as an Infantry Officer in 2004. He served as a Battalion Adjutant, Rifle Platoon Leader, and Rear-Detachment Commander in an Infantry Battalion at Fort Polk, Louisiana, where he first met the President and Founder of 5th Principle, Chris Greca. Notably, Ryan deployed to Afghanistan in 2006 as a Rifle Platoon Leader.

In 2009, Ryan transitioned to the Indiana Army National Guard where he Commanded a Rifle Company and a Headquarters Company. Additionally, Ryan served as the Assistant Professor of Military Science and the Program Executive Officer for the ROTC program at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Ryan transition from military service in 2012. 

In addition to his military service, Ryan has held leadership positions in a manufacturing facility, a landscape design and build company, and as an IT and process improvement manager for multiple product lines in a Fortune 50 company. In 2016, Ryan started a leadership development and business process management consulting organization. Ryan joined 5th Principle LLC in 2019.

Ryan and his amazing wife of 15 years, Mindy, reside in Colorado with their three daughters.
